Secured payments only
Rent and deposits are collected by Flatmates Nigeria and held securely in escrow. Released to the host on confirmed move-in day.
Property damage protection
If the tenant causes damage to the property that exceeds the deposit amount, we cover you with up to 2 extra months of rent.
Structural Damage
Get reimbursed for structural damage to walls, ceilings, floors, and fixtures.
Broken appliances
Get reimbursed for damage to appliances included in the listing.
Furniture Damage
