Reporting safety issues
If you experience or witness any safety concern on Flatmates Nigeria - a threatening message, an unsafe property, or suspicious behaviour - please report it immediately. We take every report seriously and our trust and safety team reviews all submissions within 4 hours.

Physical safety threats made by a host, guest, or flatmate
Fraudulent listings or identity impersonation
Payment scams or off-platform payment requests
Harassment, threats, or discriminatory behaviour
Properties that pose a physical hazard (unsafe wiring, no fire exits, etc.)

Discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, or state of origin violates our community standards and Nigerian federal law. If you have been discriminated against on our platform, use our dedicated reporting tool.
