A short pre-arrival checklist saves you from the 'no water at midnight' message you really don't want.
Check the tank and inverter battery
If your borehole or tank is low, top it up. If your inverter is below 80%, charge it before guests arrive.
Test the WiFi from the bedroom
Speed in the living room and speed in the bedroom are not the same. If the bedroom is weak, move the router or add a mesh node.
Replace anything broken
Loose toilet seat, missing remote, dead bulb. These all become one-star complaints. A 20-minute walkthrough catches everything.
