Listings with sharp, well-lit photos get more enquiries than ones with phone snaps in low light. A small upgrade in your photos is often the cheapest way to lift bookings.
Shoot in daylight, not at night
Open every curtain and shoot mid-morning when light is soft. Turn ceiling lights on too so corners don't go dark.
Use the widest lens your phone has
On iPhone, the 0.5x ultrawide makes small rooms look honest and roomy. Stand in a corner and shoot toward the opposite corner.
Tidy before every shot
Hide chargers, cables, and personal items. Make the bed crisp. Open the wardrobe and shut it again - it'll re-align the doors.
Show one hero shot per room
Bedroom, living, kitchen, bathroom, balcony. A 6-photo set that's clean beats a 20-photo set that's cluttered.
