Community & Partnerships Lead

About the role

Build our host and renter community. Own property partnerships, referral programs, and grassroots growth in key Lagos and Abuja neighbourhoods.

What you will do

Develop and manage relationships with property developers, estate agents, and large-scale landlords

Run host community events and onboarding programs

Own the host referral program end to end

Build and manage a network of community ambassadors in key cities

Work with marketing on host acquisition campaigns

Your Expertise

• -

  2+ years in partnerships, community, or sales roles

• -

  Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• -

  Deep knowledge of Lagos and Abuja property markets

• -

  Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity

• -

  Nigerian real estate network is a significant advantage
